About

Diagnostic-imaging experience applied before testing begins.

Imaging Preflight reviews the documents, requirements, and workflow assumptions behind an integration, go-live, or upgrade.

Why this exists

Many go-live problems start much earlier.

A requirement is assumed. A version detail is missed. Two vendors use the same term to mean different things. The issue may not become obvious until formal testing, when the project has the least room to absorb it.

We review those details earlier. The result is a documented view of what the available information supports, what remains unclear, and what the project team should test.

Relevant experience

Built by people who know diagnostic imaging and delivery.

That experience covers diagnostic imaging, radiology operations, PACS and enterprise imaging, clinical and enterprise integrations, medtech implementation, customer readiness, and professional-services delivery.

Imaging workflows do not stop at a department boundary. They depend on registration, order entry, scheduling, acquisition, interpretation, results, EHR context, clinical communication, IT support, and sometimes billing. We look at those handoffs because an interface can be technically correct and still fail the hospital workflow.

The work also includes ownership, test data, escalation paths, and the handoff from sales through implementation and support.

How we work

How we handle the review.

01

Source the finding

Important findings cite the document that supports them. When the documents do not answer the question, we say so.

02

Stay with the workflow

The review follows the actual integration decision, use case, or change instead of scoring a product in the abstract.

03

Keep open items open

Conditional, version-dependent, and unknown behavior stays visible until it is resolved or tested.

04

Limit sensitive access

The standard review uses approved documents and non-sensitive context. It does not require PHI or production access.
